As a subscriber, when will I receive my tickets?

Subscribers to the 2016-17 Season should expect their tickets by mail late August. Parking vouchers, drink vouchers and other items purchased or rewarded at the time of your subscription purchase also will be included in this mailing.

What if I can’t make it on the night of the performance I chose?

Subscribers have the benefit of exchanging their tickets to a different performance. Advance exchanges are FREE. Day-of-show exchanges are $10 per ticket. To exchange your tickets, please contact Austin Opera Patron Services at 512-610-7684.
